What happens if you die without a will? A judge decides who gets access to your home, your accounts, and your retirement funds—not your family.

Probate courts move slowly, and the wait often stretches into months, sometimes years, before your loved ones see a cent. One evening in Lebanon this August can shift the outcome for your family.

A Workshop Built for Women’s Estate and Financial Clarity

Most women know this conversation needs to happen. But the truth is, few know where to start, especially when a spouse handled the accounts, the mortgage, or the retirement paperwork for years.

Vasek & Robbins has partnered with Craft Wealth Services to host Peace of Mind Planning, a Women's Estate & Financial Clarity Workshop, at Lebanon Public House in Lebanon, TN, right on the square.

The evening is designed for married women who want to prepare, women who have lost a spouse and need clarity on next steps, and women who have never looked closely at their own plan.

What You Can Expect During the Workshop

The evening splits into two working sessions, each aimed at a different stage of planning:

Part One: What a Wife Needs to Know About Avoiding Probate & Estate Planning

This session covers the basics every married woman should have answered before a crisis sets the timeline for her.

  • How to avoid probate on the home, accounts, and retirement funds you want to protect
  • Whether you need a trust or a will already covers what you have
  • An estate planning checklist you can start using right away

Part Two: The Confident Widow Playbook

This session shifts to what comes next for women whose spouse has already passed.

  • Whether your current plan still works now that your spouse is gone
  • The simple steps to take now, before a crisis forces your hand
  • What your paperwork means, and what still needs to change

Meet the People Leading This Peace of Mind Planning Event

Josh Robbins, founding attorney at Vasek & Robbins, leads the estate planning half of the evening. His work in wills, trusts, and probate litigation puts him in the room as families untangle an unfinished plan.
